Christmas in Laramie
Today at about 9:00 AM the snow started falling, and the wind wasn't blowing so it was beautiful. We sat in our living room and opened presents with the fantastic smell of cinnamon and looked out the window at the amazing snowfall. It was a wonderful morning!
Sure enough; we had Cook8ie Crisp for breakfast. Paul and Mom had a little hot chocolate, too.
After a heavy night of chunko man, the morning arrived too soon at about 8:00 AM.
The tree fell over when we had it by the sliding glass door, so we moved it to the front window.
There were several presents, and of course, there were a few white envelopes.
We had a vote, and there were NO votes for healthy stocking stuffers. So we had the usual: Chocolate, chocolate, and of course, chocolate.
We lit a fire in the fireplace. Dad is wearing his comfy Father's Day robe.
We put mangoes in the stockings.
See Paul's guitar in the background -- good memories of singing carols. Carmella sang O Holy Night for Christmas Eve and it was gorgeous.
Here's our snow, and it is just beginning.
Merry Christmas!! We love you all so much. :)
