Spring Break 2017

This spring break, we had the opportunity to go on a Carnival cruise to the Caribbean.

Before we got on the boat, we explored Miami and went to the temple there. We also got to attend a Spanish-speaking ward! It was very chevere.
Our first stop was the Dominican Republic. We toured a school, went boggy boarding, and saw a chocolate farm.

Our second stop was at St. Thomas. While we were there, we tried snuba (a cross between snorkeling and scuba diving) for the first time! We also went to the beach. We don't have a lot of pictures of snuba-ing, so you will have to use your imagination. :)

Our next stop was Puerto Rico. While we were there, Josh and Dad were in a funny mood, but we still had fun. We saw the old fort from 1521, and were not brave enough to try the "frozen gasoline." We also found another beautiful beach!

Finally, we went to Grand Turk. According to the picture, Josh and Dad had a deep talk while walking on the shore. :)

We hope you guys are all doing well and we love you so much!

It sounds like a good trip! I've never heard of snuba before, but it's awesome that you tried it! I laughed when I read that you had fun in Puerto Rico even though Dad and Josh were in a funny mood. ;)

P.S. I would not have tried the frozen gasoline either! Thanks for posting these beautiful pictures. It's so fun to read about your trip.
